I would like to start a office cleaning business but cant get help from a bank, i am on JSA, get housing/council help, but i only have a few customers lined up which doesnt cover the rent etc, what is the best thing to do? i dont want to be on jsa for much longer.

What I do mean is that the best answer to your question is trying to educate yourself on how and what steps a required to start a business and how to run it.
