      Answer1:i think
Answer2:hehe i have no idea wat u just said :)
Answer3:i think youd have to take them to courtdo you have any proof?
Answer4:Do you have payslips?Phone your tax office and give them your National Insurance number and ask if they have you as being employed with that company.Go to your citizens advice office and seek help before this gets any worse. You should be paid for what you work.
Answer5:If the company goes bust then you need apply to the Official Reciever or Insolvancy Practitioner and you should get your wages.
Answer6:Write to the Company and DEMAND they pay you what they owe you within a specific number of days. If, at the end of that period you have still not received your pay, you are entitled to issue proceedings at an Employment Tribunal claiming the money owed to you in accordance with the Wages Act.
Answer7:First of all u are difinetly entitled to receive ur wages and they should pay u back coz they owe u and its a liability to them. They should pay u in instalments if they cant pay u as a whole. Make sure u keep in contact with them reminding them about it coz its not unlikely that they wud try to avoide or forget! anyhow Gud luck!~ =)
