hii spent £85 .. item was fakepaypal cannot do anything because it is more that 45 days old, so cant do dispute/claimcan ebay give sellers details/will they to policce??will police do anything of this matter? if i contact themthank you

      Answer2:Have You tried to report the seller to E-bay? And yes I do understand the hole problem with Pay-pal not doing anything cause it being more then 30 days old.. Why didnt you report it sooner? Plus, when you went to buy the item did you take a good look at the sellers feedback? E-bay has their feedback pages for that basic reason.. So the buyer can see if the seller is any good.. Plus, see the sellers star rating. Though I do think it does need to be reported all the same.. Id report it to E-bay so they can deal with the problem as well.. They might even be able to help you with the problem..
