What do all of those "UPS yes" and "UPS no" signs posted on retail businesses storefronts mean?Why are they there?
      Answer1:Some small businesses have UPS pick up packages but dont always have something to send. The sign is to let the driver know if he needs to park and come in or not.
      Answer2:These are stores that have a contract with UPS to collect parcels from them for delivery.The UPS driver does a collection round. If a shop has parcels to collect they put the YES sign in the window.If the store has no parcels to collect it puts the NO sign in the window.This saves the driver having to stop and waste time if the store has nothing for him to collect.
