How much would you charge for this
Answer1:$250 if you service the Master also,
Answer2:My cleaning lady charges me 50. for that and I do not get the change of linens or cleaned window. So you need to get at least 100
Answer3:charge an hourly rate look up the award wage in the cleaning industry and go off that
Answer4:Defends on what area of the country, and type of neighbourhood, anywhere between 10 and 30 dollars an hour
Answer5:$10 an hour, dont dawdle, and you can charge $15 if youre bonded (insured). Once you build up a word-of-mouth reputation, you can charge more. Take out a small ad offering two hours for the price of one on your first visit. Some people will be jerks and just use you once, but some customers will keep coming back and give out your name, too, as long as youre quick, good and honest.
Answer6:Charge per hour but dont be lazy or slack off. Then once people know youre a good cleaner, you can hike up the price. I dont know what a good starting price would be, but I used to pull weeds and do garden work for a neighbor for $10 an hour, which was pretty good.
Answer7:I tend to disagree with your previous answerers. Charging by the hour limits the discussion to include going rates for other jobs, and would tend to be on the low side for the amount of work involved. I used to pay my housekeeper $45 for what amounted to 2 hours work, but she was darn fast and really good too. 1 large bedroom, 2 baths, kitchen, small living room, about 800 sq ft, 2 story condo. So Id say your best bet is to decide how long it will take you, and put a price on that that gives you good return. Just make sure you have a good routine and do a really good job.Good Luck
