      Answer1:I think you can only sell cigarettes and not alcholol
      Answer2:er, i dont think that would be umm... rightbecause what if kids think its an actual ice cream van and start running around? youll become the guy whos trying to get kids drunk.also what kind of license would you need for that? maybe you should ask the people who issue liquor licenses.

      Answer6:No, you have to be licensed to sell alcohol at a premisis, Im not sure how a vehicle can be licensed for this...try looking up about this student icecream van in Plymouth though, it goes around the student accommodation at like 2 in the morning, I cant imagine they just sell icecream...
