I was stung by a seller online who never gave me my item and avoided oh 3 + polite e-mails Im very frustrated at this point I realize Ill never see it & just want a refund. How should I word my complaint? Thank you
      Answer1:Are you writing the letter to the seller or to a third party?I would do it like this. Explain very clearly what the situation is. Then, make sure you very clearly demand, in a nice way, what action you want them to take. You may want to provide your phone number so that they can call you if they have any questions. Then, you might want to call them a week or so after you send the letter to follow up. Thats what I would do. Make a photocopy of the letter you send to them for your records.The person below me seems to know what they are talking about better than me though.
      Answer2:It looks as though you are dealing with an ebay issue. if that is the case, then the steps which i would recommend taking are 1. log into your paypal account and then click on the resolution center. once in the resolution center there are a couple of different options here. You can choose the best answer for you in there. When they ask you for your comments about your experience, I would write something like:"My name is (your name). I have opened this because I have recently made a winning bid on (item #) which is (title description). I am not satisfied with the performance of (the seller), upon the completion of my payment to (seller) I had not received a confirmation of delivery of (the winning item). Since (the date the auction had been won) I have been waiting for some kind of response from (seller) and yet to this date i have not heard a word. I am extremely displeased with the conduct and lack of professionalism displayed from (seller id).I would greatly appreciate it if you (being paypal) could look into this matter and please issue me a refund for the amount of (winning bid amount). I do not believe that I should lose out on money which I have spent with the intentions of receiving the winning bid.Thank you very much in advance,(your name)"That may be something which you are looking for, i am not really sure with the description of the question.
