I live in Ohio. I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and I have seen and heard it all, well almost all. I want to provide skills to the customer service challenged through seminars and workshops. Also, helping companies retain their customer base and keep a minimum on customer complaints. My vision is to start this business in my area, and then progress to the region, hiring Customer service trainers to perform seminars and workshops in their area. I plan to charge around 35-40 dollars an hour for the seminars and workshops starting at 2 hour, 3 hour, 4 hour and 5 hour training sessions, which includes going through scenarios for a more of a hands on feeling. I know that some people learn better that way then just talking to them for the allotted time. If that is successful, then I plan to move across state and into surrounding states if possible and repeat the same process, not only making profit, but helping those who are less fortunate in their customer service skills and helping companies.
