Ok so i cashed a payday check that i thought was still good and the store got it back so they couldnt cash it. Came after me to get the money back. i gave them the amount he gave me and now he askin for the 2% he took out and 25 bank fee. Am i subject to pay him for that or is he at lost?...And can he press any charges against me even though i gave him the money.
