I enjoy spending my time on the computer all day (as i am disabled) and looking up real estate all over the US and Looking up cars for sale as well and was wondering how and if i can somehow make a home based business out of it and how would i go about doing it?
      Answer1:If I was in your position to be able to stay in "front" of a computer all day I would make sure I learned the skills to make websites and maybe even learn how to do SEO work. That is a great way to make money and you can do that from your own home without ever leaving your computer. I have been an IT tech for over 15 years and I already know how to build websites, and do SEO. I have people ask me all the time to do work for them, I push them off to others because I personally do not have the time it takes to sit in front of a computer.       Answer2:Sure you can, just have to market yourself. Whether you call yourself an online broker specializing in real estate and vehicles or something else. Outline how you would do it? What is the core service your providing? What is the value to the customer? Who are the customers and how would you find them? Then develop a business card, a web site when you can (probably first if youre an "online broker") and start marketing yourself. Can you offer a service realtors and auto sales or other related companies would use? If so, go after them and try to set up numerous accounts starting in your local area then expanding.Good luck!
