Im willing to give the money back to the person who I sold it too its no problem. I just changed my mind. What are the consequences as a result of this? Will my rating become lower? I just want to post the phone up again and make better money. What should I do?

If you werent willing to take less than you wanted for it then you should have set a reserve price, because you chose not to you are obligated to finish the transaction. You entered into a contract when you posted it for sale. I wouldnt rule out being suspended, but if this is the first time youve done something like this you may just get a warning and negative feed back, but what you want to do is extremely looked down upon and you shouldnt be selling on ebay if you act like this. If you are new to ebay, then you should use this as a learning experience and take the loss.... You dont want to start out your ebay account on a sour note, trust me...
