Alabama: Do i have to get a business license and/or tax id before I file to become an LLC or can that be done after filing the LLC app?

(Link Below)Actually the main purpose is submitting your name of biz to make sure there are no others of the same, which is a good thing for youyou wouldnt want to submit a business name then find out thatname is already taken and they are on a scam list or something.It really is no big deal, You can do it online with your state, I included link below. There is a application fee that confirms your name of biz and youoperating under......... ??? Im not sure Al. Fees, Indiana is 65.00+- .
