Im the only one on my LLC as a Manager. My LLC is in the state of California and Im not sure what questions to ask.
      Answer1:Visit your attorney who set it up for you and he should be able to give you the pros and cons on adding someone to it as well as making the addition for you if you are still wanting to do so after the consult.
