The purchaser only paid after I sent a dispute. He sent me two nasty emails and I returned his money because I dont want his business. How do I remove the item from ebay so that he can not give me a negative?
      Answer1:Negative feedback is no longer allowed on ebay. You should go to your item and end the sale if it hasnt ended already. If you have any other concerns go to ebay and go to the FAQs or do the live help and ask them.
      Answer2:The sale already happened, so you just cannot remove the listing to avoid a negative.When your buyer paid, you should have sent the item out to them.If your buyer does leave you a negative rating, dispute this with ebay and meka sure you tell them that you had to file a non paying bidder dispute.Keep ALL emails from your buyer, you may need them in case of a dispute. If you do respond, be professional and save those emails as well.
