Do I have to include quot;LLCquot; or quot;Incquot; in my company logo

Regarding the trademarking of a logo, do you have to include elements like "LLC" or "Inc." and the other legal classifications in the logos? Or can that just be included elsewhere on the site or materials?
      Answer1:No.It would help tho.
Answer2:You do not need to include the LLC or Inc in your company logo. If a business is incorporated it can also carry its name without the Inc. You will however need to include the extension on other legal documents such as invoicing to label the business properly or to identify with other legalitiesI know of many businesses that are incorporated but uses other name they decided upon to call their business. In Canada for example.. we have incorporated businesses with names such as 22334455 Ontario Inc. That is just an example No. Inc. but businesses would call their company a name such as Shanias Beauty Salon and use the Legal Name for all other documentation.A logo doesnt have to have the extention LLC or Inc included in to.
Answer3:No. You do need to include those kinds of designations in the legal name of the entity, but most companies drop that for purposes of their trade name. So, "General Electric" does not generally refer to itself as "General Electric Company" in its logo and other trademarked intellectual property.
Answer4:No. When you go through the trademark process, the first line item is the name you want to trademark. It will not include the entity designator (llc, inc. etc). So, if the name you wanted to trademark was, "ABChew", that is all you would enter. When moving down the form, you will see a place where you will enter the full legal name of the business that is applying for the trademark. In that space, you will include the entity designator. In this example, you would write, "ABChew, Ltd" or "ABChew, Inc." (assuming that the name of the company applying for the trademark is ABChew. If the company was ABC Widgets and Such, Ltd, then you would enter that, but this has no bearing on the trademark you are attempting to register.
