3 weeks ago ,i opened a computer store in the wrong place so its losing money , do you think i should close it down or wait for extra few months?

      Answer2:You gotta ask yourself what you want to do. Most small business take 3 years before they make a profit, if ever. Youre going to lose money, and its going to hurt. Its a tough economy. You can pack it up and say you tried, or you can fight. Really go and pump up your marketing, do what you can to cut your expenses and bring in new customers.
      Answer3:Let me turn it around on you:If you are loosing money because its in the wrong place, then how do you expect to make money if you keep it in the wrong place? If you feel its the result of location, why dont you just sever your lease and move it to a place where the location is advantageous?

Why wouldnt you research the traffic patterns for the business before taking such a risk?How do you you know it is the wrong location or something else?I think maybe youshould think long and hard about what you are doing. I was planning on getting my realtors licence and i wanted to find out if you could open up a business after getting certified or would you have to wait a while.
      Answer1:a few other licenses and forms have to be filed ... which should take about 2 days total in America. state and local business licenses, federal tax EIN, possibly a state tax ID number, incorporaton or other business organization filing, name search, etc.After that, youll need to join the local MLS service -- I have no idea what their procedures for doing so are.
      Answer2:There is no such thing as a REALTOR license.You get a REAL ESTATE license and THEN you apply and sign up to be a Realtor. The minute you join your local Realtor association, you are pretty much ready to go in most states.

      Answer4:When you go to real estate school they will teach you the procedure. You will have to work for a broker as an independent contractor ie a Realtor (after you take the code of ethics class). You will have requirements as a Realtor before you can apply for your brokers license. Okay. My friend and I (both of us are teenagers) are wanting to make a bit of extra cash in the summer and we though of dog walking since we both like to walk our dogs.But one thing that we cant agree on is what we want to charge. Any ideas? Also we though of the name K9s Unleashed Dog Walking.       Answer1:If you guys think you can let dogs loss from the leash and not have trouble thats a great name.Once upon a time I did a bit of dog walking with a twist.I got six people to use my service as dog walker with a twist.I would offer to give a wash once a week if they would like for an extra amount.My main deal was walking the dogs and the wash is what made me different from the outargues and I did very well.So if you walk a dog seven times a week for one hour and charge say ten bucks thats seventy bucks. Offer a wash for free once or twice m month for regulars and 15 or 20 if its a big dog to be a little different. i was in a resturant when suddenly one of the water springlers break in the kitchen(ones of the ceiling used of fires emergency) causing them to have a flood of water. and there was no alarm or signals or anything. but i think that one of the waiters said that the cook accidently bumped it a little and it suddenly broke (water flood the next thing).which in the end they had to call the fire departement to cease the water.But the thing that i was thinking about was that will their water bill go up, since i know that owner (and family) of the resturant business is not going so well (on the edge) even when they have great food. Also since i known the owner really long and we are like brothers im afraid for them.so the water bill probably go up dramically right? O.o not good with these things, im sorry!

      Answer2:Uh, duh. They have used a dramatically larger amount of water for this billing cycle, so yes, the bill will dramatically increase. He will also have the fees of repairing all the flood damage, replacing the broken sprinkler head and having the system re-inspected after the repair.
