so i just got charged tonite with a mip and vandelism because some chic supposably had 4 witnesses see me do somethin to her car. im 17 and its gonna be in wyoming. i told them idk wat they were talkin about but they still charged me. so if i plead not guilty what will they do to me?

      Answer2:You were in the wrong place, doing the wrong thing at the wrong time. Im sure what ever happens; you arent going to like it. On the bright side, however, you are learning a big lesson at a critical time in your life.
      Answer3:If youre truly innocent then I hope you have an alibi and witnesses of your own. If they tested you for alcohol than they will know if youre lying or telling the truth. If they didnt test you that bodes well for you.
      Answer4:Honesty is the best policy.It all depends if it is your first offense and weather or not the judge decides to make an example of you.You could get just a fine and community service. The worst could be you go to jail.I hope that is some help to you.
