I have a bakery with 3 other females. Myself and my friend are the 2 bakers and we came up with the idea, i was actually doing it, and she wanted to also so we joined and she brought along her sister and hers sisters friend. So, with 4 people we decided to do a partnership, the sister is serving as R&D and the fried PR, cant say they dont work, but not hard as us bakers who also have to deliver items and check email, go to functions etc. My question is we are about to become InCorp and we have to choose President/ Vice, Treasure and Secr. They dont want me as Pres even though its my idea and since im not friend or related, i wont be biased with my decisions. Anyone know the best solution to this problem? i told them if im not President then Im out but they cant keep the name since i came up with it too. Quality thoughts, suggestions, advice please, we are meeting in 40 minutes and have to decide. Thank you all.

      Answer2:I would not waste my time organization with them. If you came up with the idea they already have it in their minds that they can band against you.It is hard enough to start a company and get customers, and all of you are not on the same track you will not succeed.
