Why is it important for each department to know what other departents are doing in a business
Answer1:1. you know the all the " game " groups well, then you can connect it well.2. u know where and who you should go whenever there is problems;3.you know whom you should appreciate if you are well taken cared.4. u know where /whom should you help when they need you.5. you will know how hard/difficult the other departments are working!I m from china with 18 years trading experiences.
