Where should I start looking for a way to make in store pre-paid cards

Im looking into different ways on charging people in a Network Gaming lounge. I mainly want the members to have a prepaid card where they put money on it, swipe the card when they get on a computer, and then have it remove money from the account at regular intervals. Im not positive on where I would begin looking for the software/hardware for something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Answer1:There are three major manufacturers of point of sale mag stripe card processing equipment: Hypercomm, Verifone and Cherry GmbH. You really dont have to go this far. You could do your own cards using a bar code scanner and an open source software program like bravopos or openpos. Print the random card numbers in barcode, laminate them and activate them in the software using the gift card software. Youll also need a computer cafe program to control the computers and call to the point of sale software to unload money from the cards (e.g. CyberCafe/CyberCafePro or CafeSuite).
