i have to mail a check to someone i am going to send it in a regular letter size envelope am i able to send this certified or anyway to be able to track it via USPS..or can i do this at UPSi want to be able to check to see if it was delivered..i know you can do this with packages but im not sure with regular letter mailalso about how much does this cost and should i take it to usps or ups?thanks in advance =)
      Answer1:Yup, send it certified mail through the regular postal service. You can opt to get the signature portion mailed back to you or you can check on line. Make sure you state that only the person you are addressing the letter to, or their agents, can sign for it. You should be able to track the letter but that I am not sure of.
