      Answer1:Could be profitable as long as you keep the cash flow int he positive. Just keep your costs flexible if possible. Such as renting equipment each time you have jobs to start with, and focus your profits on marketing and advertising to bring in new business. Once things feel right, you can buy in to a washer or keep renting, your choice.Personally, I would keep renting, but negotiate a contracted, much better rate for a fixed period of time from the rentals place manager. Cost of maintenance adds to the cost of jobs and downtime from a broken sprayer could affect you being able to execute jobs. Once you have enough business that you have someone (yourself or staff) doing at least a few jobs a day, then you might be ready to buy in to equipment.
