      Answer1:Depends if your friend in the US is raising their prices in line with the exchange rate. I have stopped buying mail order from the US while the exchange rate is so high because its all comparatively more expensive. Customs and exise are also collecting dutys on virtually every parcel now, and thats quite high especially when you factor in their extortionate handling fee. Its worse than ever cos the governmet need the money badly....used to get away with it occasionally...now, its always held.
