      Answer1:If that company has advertised for the position you want to apply for, you can just call them and tell them that you want to apply for the position that they advertised in the newspaper and ask them when can you come in for the interview.
      Answer2:Id suggest you go in in person and speak with them. Find a company that you are genuinely excited about and start talking to the staff there about your interests in their product, how they got started, how is business going this year etc and theyll be very open to speaking iwth you and helping you as much as possible.A good place to learn this type of friendly strategy is the number 1 book in this area: How to win friends and influence people. One of the best books every written.Your english will be of minor concern when they see how passionate you are about working for their company.
      Answer3:I suppose it depends on the type of job you are thinking of. You would not want to try to apply for something your not got a chance of getting. No use dreaming of a job you have no hope for, obviously you have to be realistic. What I have found is that employers love to hear catch phrases. For instance: I have desires of excelling in this position and climbing the ladder, I believe I can do this job because I have observed this type of work and know people in this industry, This has been my ambition since leaving school, I am a hard worker and would like a chance to prove this to you, etc...... So just be imaginative, sit down and write out in your own words what you think they would like to hear. Be confident, if your on the phone tell them your intentions straight up. For instance, hi Im ringing looking for job with your company, could I speak with someone that can help me. Do some research on the type of work that the company does. You probably dont have to go to extremes finding this out, but it will give you some backup when you start talking. For instance, if you are talking about knowing the type of work that they do, it helps if you can back that up. Try to make this as natural as possible, this will enable your confidence when talking. So I suppose rather than have a list of things written down in front of you that you want to say, reherse these things over and over til they become stuck in your mind. That way it will come back to you at the right time..Im guessing you must be a young person so my advice is, there is no hard and fast rules about how to do this, just go at it and make you own methods as you go. Dont be frightened to make mistakes, you can only learn by this and readjust.So that is my tips, hope it works for you.
