How can I make my thrift store better

I work at a non-profit thrift store. We are opening a large new building and we are looking for ways to improve the way we do business.
Answer1:1. If allowable you could have days where certain items are 50% off or buy two get one free.2. Price accordingly! I appreciate the fact that whenever I shop at a thrift store that my money is going to a worthy cause, but it definitely irks me how much money some thrift stores charge for their items. Example: I was at a GoodWill the other week and they had a Wal-Mart jacket priced higher than name brand jackets that were in the same or better condition. On the other hand, I am sure thrift stores are raising their prices due to the fact people are more than likely snatching up items to resell on EBAY.3. You could something as easy as looking at clothing items to ensure there are no major stains or rips. If a garment does have a stain or is ripped you could possibly have a sales rack that offers these items at a lower cost and post a sign saying that these items may come with a few stains or tears.4. You could also walk around the store and pick up any items that are on the floor (trip hazard), put items where there designated spot is if the item is put in the wrong section, and assist customers with any questions they may have.Hopefully, this helped:).
      Answer2:do monthly raffles
