I have an idea but if I create it how can I gain money and have rights to it.Lets say for example I create it and sell it,if someone else sees my idea they would want to sell it as well,if they had the money I am sure they would patent it making me lose.I heard of patents but dont have enough money to get one,and if I did I am not sure if it would qualify.THis is my dilemma anyone have sugesstions.
