      Answer1:Ebay doesnt sell items - they provide a place for seller to offer their wares.You pay the seller, not ebay. If you find a wig you want, contact the seller before you bid, and ask if they will take a money order. They dont have to say yes, but it never hurts to ask. And many of them will, because it will save them the paypal fees, and theyll make a little more profit.
