I sold an item on ebay. I got an email that said I had been paid for the item, yet when I go on the Paypal website, it shows no activity for the last 30 days and a 0 balance? So I rechecked the email, it says "To accept this credit or debit card payment, you must upgrade to a Premier account."Is this a scam?.--Answer1:Nope, your buyer used a credit card to pay for their purchase. You cant use a personal account to accept these payments.Its time to upgrade.
