I have very little experience in business , however there is a soft play for sale and I know it could be very lucrative . It is for sale for £210,000 but the vendour needs to sell and will accept less. How much equity would I neeed , what do banks lend etc Advice please..--Answer1:There are more ways to borrow money then banks. There are also private investors. for banks you need good credit, equitey in what you buying and maybe a down payment. All of this is negotiable. You need to talk to your bank. Do you have a plan? A usinesws plan with how your going to take this when you buy it and profit (in the banbks eyes pay them off) that would be helpful. Make a picture for the bank or your investor on how you will take there money you borrow, invest it into this "soft play" and then turn around and make money form it.
