Shipped on 12/22/08 from NC, Tried tracking it but no information available for my Track#. This is 6 work days out and 9 days later. Answer1:Call them up. I had a similar issue. Give them the tracking number. Make sure you have the right one(that was the problem in my case). UPS is bad in my opinion, and I would stick with FedEx next time. Answer2:call them and ask
