What are the problems in setting up and runnig a business

This is my business studier homework. plz tell me the answer..--Answer1:The biggest problem people face is the fear either of success or failure and what happens is nothing. Other important problems are not taking the time to write a business plan, not having enough capital to start and sustain the business until the break-even point, and not having the support of professionals to assist with the legal and financial side of the business. Because of the level of time, energy and money needed, more businesses often fail during or shortly after their start ups rather after operating for any length of time after the break even point..--Answer2:If you start a business without a business plan, then its like getting into a rowboat and rowing out into the ocean, hoping youll find somewhere before you run out of food and water. If you have a plan but its no good, its like having a bad navigation chart. At least you have the possibility of finding out youre off course.A good plan will help you get to your goals. It is a lot easier to start a business with no plan, which is why so many would-be business owners do that.
