If you want to sell 1993 baseball cards, and you see that they arent going for anything, you dont want to waste your money. Dont sell cheap things that are heavy because you will have to charge a hefty shipping fee, and not a lot of people will want to pay $15 for shipping for $1 bookends (that was an example). Collectibles are great because they dont really have a retail price. There are tons of people out there that are willing to spend loads of money on something they are into than the average joe. Keep an eye out for name-brand items for dirt cheap like at stores like Gabriel Brothers. Big-ticket items like laptops, XBoxes, etc. sell well. My hubby has sold all that stuff on eBay with success.There are also books and websites with more tips and advice. I hope I helped!
