I am a student / entrepreneur with an idea for an innovative website geared towards finding and creating ideas. I have spoken with a credible VC firm that has agreed to help fund marketing and advanced development after the site up is up and running with traffic. My problem is that I do not know how to build a website like this, and I dont have the money to pay someone; It should be a fairly easy process to build. I am looking for someone to build the site in exchange for co-ownership. Unlike most websites the time consuming work will start when the site is running due to what it is we will do. I am willing to take on the entire work load once running, but the designer can be as involved as he or she wants. It is a really cool idea and I will respect any and all ideas on your part...
