i set up my own home help company 7months ago which is great, but what i want to do is exspaned by getting people all over the uk to have the chance to be there own boss in there area, basically they will on a self empoyed basis i will give them all the templates to my business and website etc so kinda like a franchise but they dont pay me ..all they do is use my company name and paper work etc and they are responsible to build up there own client base and the clients pay me i take my profit and then forward on the rest back to that area manager....now the problem i have is if the clients pay cheqs to my accounts ill be responsable to pay the self employed people tax and ni ,is there are way or a company that will take my client payments then pay me the profit then the workers there money and be respnsible to pay there own tax and ni ....so i basacily dont use my businees account i use another companies account that will do this ..are there companies that do this !!!!!!!!
