Does it mean that if i were to opt for cash on delivery, then it means that i will pay the seller upon receiving item? But how do i go about doing so if i were to buy internationally?
      Answer1:Cash On Delivery (COD) means the post office will deliver it to you and have the mailman get the money directly from you at the time. After you pay the mailman you will sign a paper, he will give you a receipt and the package.I dont believe you can do this outside of the USA though.
