      Answer1:well if you wanted an ipod than yes it is, but if you wanted an ipod knock off which i have bought several of and they have proven time and again to work well, than that is what it is. :)

If you are in UK, and unlucky, our friendly Governments money with menaces brigade (aka Customs & Excise) may demand you pay Import Duty and VAT (which is likley to cost you another £20+)
