I’m a high school student, and I’ve been planning on starting my own web design business in the summer for competitive prices. I can already make an effective website out of scratch, but I’m not very informed about legal manners. I’m not sure if I need a business license or what limits a minor can have owning a business? I know I need a business plan, and I’m developing one. My parents are supportive yet skeptical. If you have any ideas about starting a business, I’d like to hear from everyone. Thanks in advance!
      Answer1:Dont waste a ton of time on business plans and creating a company. Find some friends or school fundraisers that need a website and go to work!
      Answer2:Contact your local Small Business Association and your local government (a town clerk or city manager perhaps) to ask about legal issues.
