I want to start a company, lets say my company name is "XYZ"....and I plan/have to venture in many diff. ventures....example a "DOT COM BUSINESS SITE"....a "CLOTHING LINE" and a "MARKETING FIRM (XYZ)" can my XYZ Company be the main FATHER of all these three businesses even though they are not the same line of business....sub ordinaries?example...XYZ Marketing Group (Father Company)owns and manages.....www.name.com (DOT COM BUSINESS)NAME CLOTHING (CLOTHING LINE)completely diff businessesis that possible?

You need to consult some professionals.I thing that you can sell/give a service, or have an investment company all together, - why not? The opening name should sound vague though. If you call it a "Motorcyle Repair Shop" and then have beaded bags for sale as well - what WOULD you call it?? Hmmm??Think hard and ask a lot of questions. Well done.
