I want to start up a small business in which I will sell custom designed tshirts. I do not have a clue where to start and would appreciate any advice. I have some pretty cool designs, a funky name and I also know a few people who work in TV and Radio who would be more than willing to wear them for promotion. Any ideas where to start?
      Answer1:There are Business Start Up organisations they are usually attacvhed to yr local council and are pretty much free too. No fees to offer you the helpo you may need and they may be able to suggest help with start up funding. Certainly worth a call and go speak with them, it costs you nothing.
      Answer2:do a google search, t shirt forums, there are quite a few major websites whose members could be valuable to you, real t-shirt enthusiasts, and other business owners who are very helpful.also there are ways to get free e commerce shops up and running, a quick google search will see you right there also,
      Answer3:Great ideas above mine (joining forums and the local chamber of commerce). You should also build your own website to get started and open an online store. If you dont want to make an investment for an online store, use something free like http://www.whyabe.com to get started.
