How much should I pay my potential new full-time retail store employee

My small retail business is growing and I need to hire new employees to help me to continue to grow. Im having a difficult time to find dedicated "part-time" employees so Im thinking to hire 1 full-time employee for my brick-n-mortar retail store. For the retail store employee, he or she will be responsible for opening/closing, have a part-time sales assistant, working five 8-hr days a week, maintain store, merchandising, ordering, and maintain the stockroom. I have never worked for other people in retail business before, so I really dont know how much I should pay. The job is located at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Your answers are the most appreciated.
Answer1:First, I think to keep any employee, regardless of part-time or full-time status, would require paying above the minimum wage. Next, try incentives such as store credit, sick-time, or bonuses... maybe even paying a commission for a certain amount of sales per month? I guess that would depend upon your type of store, though. Good luck with your expanding business!
Answer2:From the job description it sounds more like an "Assistant Manager" position than a "Clerk" position. What do you pay the part-time worker?50% more than the part-time sales clerk.Plus benefits (health insurance, vacation hours, and sick time hours).
Answer3:You should check with other stores in your area for a good number. However my best guess is that this position would pay around $10 per hour.
