I just started a commercial cleaning business.Its a Limited Liability Company.Do I need to be bonded? If so how do I go about it?
      Answer1:You dont need to be bonded as a requirement of forming an LLC. You want to bonded and insured so you can assure your customers that they can trust you with access to their homes/businesses as you are in their private space. Id suggest becoming a member of the BBB and local chambers of commerce as well. Do anything you have to do to establish your credibility and honesty and joining these organizations gives your customers the assurance they want and need.
