I saw the PDF file on the IRS website but it said it was provided for informational purposes only. I always thought you could use the printable version.
      Answer1:It says right there DO NOT use the downloaded version from the Web site -- so the answer to your question is definitely, no you cant.That site also gives you the phone number to call and the Web address to go to where you can order the official form mailed to you, so thats probably what you need to do.Theres also a reference there to the IRS publication that explains all about printed vs. scannable forms, if you want to know exactly why you cant use the downloaded version.
