If you try to sell looki-likies that have the same brand name as the phone the they are imitating then this is counterfeiting which is a crime.For example, you can sell a phone that looks like the iPhone but has the brand name Banana on it, but if you try to sell one that claims to be made by Apple then youve just committed a crime.
