I run as small building company at the weekend a xmas party which I as the boss choose not to attend turn out to be a big booze up and all the gremlins came out !! two of my staff started bitching about work and one started slagging me off. Well after and argument they all went home. At work today neither would talk to me and one of them went home at lunch as they were quite distressed about the situation what should I do as the member of staff said that there was a continued line of bullying over the past month. What should I do ??.--Answer1:Nip it in the bud now! Dont let it fester, you must have a rule book which your company goes by.If I were you I would get all parties involved in one room and get them to discuss this - rationally - drink makes people say a lot of things they dont mean in the light of day.Good luck..--Answer2:FIRE THEM!!!!!
