I recently won an object on ebay for a cell phone that i had. i ended up having to return the cell phone i had and i no longer need the item i clicked "buy now" for on ebay. i noticed that ebay said if i dont pay for the item i will receive an unpaid item strike. i emailed the company who then told me they cannot do anything, that i have to buy the item. if i just ignore this item is the strike my only consequence? they can suspend my account for all i care, i dont want an ebay account anyway but will they be able to send me a bill for it?.--Answer1:hi matey go to pay dispute theres no contracts involved yes you bought it now but if they not sticking by thier end of the agrrement then do a dispute so ebay will look into for you do it soon as you have only a few days dont be ripped of good luck mr
