We started a lawn caresnow removal business, but now here are the questions

1. We live in SE WI, and we have to open a new checking account for the business money. How do we go about paying the taxes at the end of the year?2. Seeing that we have just started, what, if anything, can we write off?.--Answer1:Assuming that youre self employed, you pay taxes using Schedule C, reporting income and expenses on the proper lines. You can deduct all reasonable business expenses (gas, small tools, advertising, etc) and you can deduct over time the cost of big equipment like trucks or mowers.
