So today I paid for something, then the person took the item off of ebay completely. Ebay emailed me and told me to wait 7 days and if the item is not here then I should file a dispute with pay pal?So I went and checked my pay pal account, and it has my Original transaction, it says completed; then it has something under it that says related transaction this also says completed. The related transition type is named Add Funds from a Bank Account what does this mean? it is colored yellow. Does this mean the person gave my money back?PLEASE! HELP! thanks!.--Answer1:Log into Paypal and find the transaction, and usually there is a link like "problem with this order" or "file a dispute" or "file a claim." You click on that and then follow the online steps and enter your information about the transaction. Then when you finish, go ahead and click the link that has "escalate" on it and go through those steps. Then at the end of it it will tell you to visit the resolution center and that Paypal has 14 days to decide on your claim and 9 times out of 10 you get your money back unless the seller provides Paypal information regarding the shipment or proof of shipment.The funds added from your bank account means that Paypal withdrew the money from your bank account to pay for the item.The transaction would read refunded if they gave you your money back.
