Most localities will not allow retail/service operations out of an existing area zoned for homes due to traffic/parking concerns..--Answer4:Besides zoning, if youre going to be accepting and reselling donated clothing, you might consider whether accepting donations would mean you need to register as a charitable organization. The odds are pretty good that you will.
