why do you think you have been ripped off.. whats happened?.--Answer1:email them, see what they have to saygood luck :-).--Answer2:You could go to your states Attorney Generals office, or file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau..--Answer3:Ive had this happen to me before...Best Bet:Go to their website and do this: Let them know you feel youve been ripped off if its valid theyll refund you right there if not, ask the person that you file the complaint with for their first and last names (if theyll give their last) and most importantly, theyre extention# and the date.If they tell you theyre not refunding you than you can do 2 things.(1) you can dispute it with your bank or credit card company (you will need the date and all the other info I told you get before) but the bank or cc company will refund the moeny INSTANTLY, then if they see fit they will make the refund permanent (ive done this before)(2) you can contact the Federal Trade Commission, or the Better Business Bureau, use google to find theyre exact sites, but these people will further help you if youre just being completely ripped off, theyll put a black mark on the companys name if they just run off with your loot like that!Good luck!
