every time i go to the store my 7 year old twins want something when i tell them no they throw A fit and i am only a teacher and i cant afford buying them something every time i go what can i do.--Answer1:Whats the problem? Youre bigger than them! Tell them no. They know that if they yell loud enough youll get them whatever they want, so they yell. You caused this behaviour but you can also un-cause it by not indulging them with so much as an explanation. If they throw a fit and you have to abandon the intended purchase, then fine. Theyll test this new "no" thing and freak out even more for awhile, but once they see youre not even going to play this silly game, theyll keep it down to a dull whine..--Answer2:Let me get this straight. Your a teacher & your 7 year old twin are so unruly, that they still throw fits if they get everything they want in the store. Its not about how much money you have. You have already spoiled them. they are throwing fits because it works for them. Stop giving in. Let their daddy watch them when you go to the store. Have them help you shop rather than acting as brats.Get a handle on this ASAP or you will be in for a world of hurt very soon. I suggest a book by John Rosemond for help..--Answer3:get some two dollar bags of mini candy bars at Target on sale, and pretend to buy one each time you go and give it to them afterward..--Answer4:you should tell them that no is no. and remember not to give in. youare in control!.--Answer5:Use discipline
